1. About These Terms

This website, partsbd.com (the “Site”), is operated by PartsBD, located at A.Ali Complex, Level-05, Space-03, R.N Road, Jashore, Bangladesh (“PartsBD”, “we”, “us”). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who Can Order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current delivery and contact details — name, phone number and address — because we rely on them to confirm and deliver your order.

3. Products & Fitment

• We sell genuine motorcycle parts and accessories. Product pages describe the motorcycle models a part fits and, where available, its OEM/part number.
• You are responsible for checking that a part matches your motorcycle before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us first — we will help you identify the correct part.
• Product photos are for illustration. Minor variations in packaging or appearance between production batches do not affect the part itself.
• We work hard to keep prices and stock information accurate, but errors can happen. If a product is mispriced or unavailable after you order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel that item.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on the Site is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we confirm it — usually by phone call or message — and dispatch begins after confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (in whole or part) if a product is out of stock, the details provided are incomplete or incorrect, we cannot reach you to confirm, or we reasonably suspect the order is fraudulent or abusive. If we cancel a paid or confirmed order, any amount you have paid will be refunded.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes.
• Delivery is free on all orders within Bangladesh.
• Our standard payment method is cash on delivery (COD): you pay when the parcel arrives and after you have inspected it. For large or workshop orders we may agree on advance payment by bKash/Nagad.
• Do not pay any courier, agent or third party outside the payment methods we confirm to you directly.

6. Delivery

• We deliver nationwide through third-party courier partners. Estimated delivery is 1–2 working days inside Dhaka and 2–4 working days elsewhere; these are estimates, not guarantees.
• Please make sure the phone number you provide is reachable — couriers may call before delivery. Undeliverable parcels returned to us may be re-dispatched once we reach you.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery, except where the item was damaged before delivery — in that case Section 7 (returns and replacements) applies.

7. Returns & Replacements

• You may return a product within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
• If the wrong item was delivered or the item arrived damaged or defective, we replace it at our cost — contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos.
• Refunds, where applicable (for example when a replacement is unavailable), are made through bKash/Nagad/bank transfer or as agreed with you.

8. Warranty

Applicable parts carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty covers failure under normal, intended use and excludes: normal wear and tear, parts used beyond their service life, damage from accidents, misuse, improper installation or modification, and damage caused by other faulty components. To make a claim, contact us with your order details and information about the fault.

9. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to: place orders with false or someone else's contact details; abuse, harass or threaten our staff or couriers; scrape, copy or misuse the Site or its content for commercial purposes without our written permission; interfere with the Site's operation; or resell products purchased at retail in a manner that misrepresents PartsBD.

10. Intellectual Property

The PartsBD name, logo, site design and content are the property of PartsBD or its licensors. Manufacturer names and part numbers are used for identification and fitment purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners; PartsBD is not affiliated with any motorcycle manufacturer unless explicitly stated.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PartsBD's liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including installation or labour costs, vehicle downtime, or lost income — arising from a product or from your use of the Site.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute will first be addressed by contacting us directly; we are committed to resolving every issue fairly and quickly.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the Site and any order placed after publication.
